Lucy joined TBWB in 2019, bringing with her more than a decade of experience running campaigns in congressional, statewide, and state legislative elections, as well as local ballot measure campaigns.
Prior to working at TBWB, Lucy worked for SG&A Campaigns, a Southern California-based firm with a track record of winning highly contested races throughout the state.
As a campaign manager and consultant, Lucy has helped elect a myriad of highly qualified candidates who have been instrumental in making California the 5th largest economy in the world and a leader of U.S environmental policy. She has worked extensively with community leaders, labor unions, and elected officials in fighting for policies and programs that provide a better quality of life for underserved communities and working-class families across California. In 2016, she received the Southern California Environmental Leadership Award as a member of SG&A Campaigns.
Lucy is a lifelong Angelino and currently resides in the San Fernando Valley. She graduated at the top of her class from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs with a Masters in Public Policy and was awarded Departmental Honors on the strength of her feasibility study for the Los Angeles Police Department. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering for organizations that fight to end homelessness in LA County. Lucy also loves playing sports with her niece and nephews and hopes they someday become Chelsea FC fans as well.
