A Bay Area native, Jeremy grew up in Oakland before heading over the hill to Moraga in Contra Costa County. Jeremy eventually went on to study at UC Davis, where he graduated with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Communication. He was first bitten by the campaign bug in 2011 as a staffer for Tony Hall in the hectic and wide-open San Francisco Mayor’s race.
In 2012, Jeremy spent the summer in Washington DC interning for Lincoln Park Strategies, a polling firm where he learned the incredible power of sound analytics and gained significant insight into the art of targeted messaging. After graduation, Jeremy moved to Denver and helped guide Mike Johnson’s successful bid for Denver School Board as a Field Organizer. In a highly politicized and contested race, Jeremy saw firsthand the benefits of a diligent and unrelenting grassroots effort and how pounding the pavement can truly move the numbers in a local race.
Jeremy is very happy to be back in the Bay Area as a member of the TBWB team. He revels in the opportunity to use his skill set to help school districts, cities and others secure needed funding. In his free time, Jeremy loves being around family and friends, trying his hand at pick-up sports, listening to live music and exploring the natural beauty of the Bay Area.
