We’re experienced with all types of voter-approved funding mechanisms, including assessments, fees, bonds, parcel taxes, sales taxes, Transient Occupancy Taxes (TOTs) and Utility User Taxes (UUTs).
We’ve passed general taxes that require majority approval and provide flexible funding. We’ve also passed bonds and special taxes that provide earmarked funding for individual services or facilities and require 66.67% approval from voters.
